Our Ministries
Serving others, fun and fellowship together, Bible study, prayer, equipping activities and active engagement in the mission of Jesus and Stonewater Fellowship.
Care Team
Have a heart to help those who are hurting—especially widows, the elderly and single parents? Be part of sharing the love of God with others in practical, spiritual and financial ways with grace, sensitivity and confidentiality.
The Care/Benevolence Team ministers to individuals and families during times of pain, crisis and/or special hardship. But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? (1 John 3:17, NKJV)
Join us in helping others!

Connections Team
Share your joy and make some new friends! Be the “first face” people see as they join in worship. Join us in greeting, welcoming, meeting and connecting with both new and regular attenders! Enjoy guiding newcomers to open parking spaces, directing guests to the restrooms, crying room, kids check-in and refreshments, and providing “take-home” information.
Connections team members are the “first face” of Stonewater Fellowship. For a small investment of time on a Sunday morning you can play a big role in helping those unfamiliar with Stonewater feel welcome and connected to others with whom they are worshipping.
Join this fun team and feel more connected yourself!

Missions Team
Interested in taking the Gospel beyond the borders of the United States? This may be the team for you. The Missions Team desires to develop a heart among the people of Stonewater Fellowship for sharing the Gospel and discipling people not only within our neighborhoods and local communities but throughout the world.
To achieve this, the Team prays and works to build awareness of the fields that are “white unto harvest” throughout the world, communicate physical and spiritual needs of various people groups (including the needs of those persecuted for sharing their faith in numerous countries), and to otherwise work together with and provide hands-on service to residents, missionaries and others within other countries. To accomplish these purposes, this team coordinates local communication, activities and mission trips throughout the year.
Join us—enlarge your vision and help us all enlarge ours as well!

Prayer Team
Have you ever felt the joy of an answered prayer? Jesus calls us to “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17) and we believe in the power and experience of both individual and corporate prayer. Join us!
Our team includes both new and seasoned “prayer warriors.” We pray on campus on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 9:00 a.m., both during and after the sermon on Sundays and as first responders to immediate needs throughout the week! All prayer requests and prayers are confidential, unless given permission to share. Prayer brings us closer to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Be blessed and join with us to pray for immediate individual, local, national and world needs.

Kids On Mission Team
Our children’s ministry at Stonewater Fellowship is known as Kids on Mission (KoM). Our KoM vision is to equip children to know, believe, grow and tell God’s word to the world. Some team members teach while others simply assist with executing the preplanned curriculum.
Expand your own Bible knowledge while sharing your gifts as a Kids on Mission team member!
Students Team
Stonewater’s mission among students is to equip our young people with the tools they need to reach their peers with the gospel. This happens by creating community among all young people whether they are in our building or not! To do this, Stonewater works closely with the area’s Young Life organization to reach not only students who attend Stonewater Fellowship, but also those students who may never step foot in our church building.
The Students Team works with kids by building relationships with them (e.g., attending games, having lunch with a student at the high school), helping with Club (“party with a purpose”) activities, Camp, Campaigners (weekly gatherings for kids who wish to learn more or grow in their faith through study, service and leadership) in addition to working with students who gather at “The Well” on the Stonewater campus on Sunday mornings.
There are a range of ways for you to be a part of loving and serving our middle and high school students! Join us!
Special Events Team
If you enjoy coordinating or just helping with one, some or all types of events that we host and participate in, including things like weddings, funerals, Halloweenies, 5th Sunday food and fellowship times, Food Bags for Students, holiday celebrations (e.g., Seder Supper), Jesus Jam Fest participation, etc., join this team to help effect successful events within our building, in our neighborhoods and in the community!
