Melissa joined the staff at Oak Hills Church- Journey Fellowship in 2012 where she ministered to children aged six weeks through fifth grade.
Along with serving Jesus on staff at Shearer Hills Baptist Church early learning center, God has developed in Melissa a deep passion for children’s ministry. She desires for children to know Jesus well and His deep love for them. She wants children to be able to share His love to their friends and peers. She is humbled that the Lord has given her a precious opportunity to make disciples of Jesus with the little ones. She yearns to reach those in the community who need to know Jesus and his incredible love for them. Charley Mann –

Charley and Linda have 2 grown children and 2 grand kids. While serving on the San Antonio Police Department Charley was lead to Christ. After asking Jesus to be both his Lord and Savior he began volunteering in outreach ministries, most substance abuse related. For the next thirty five years God prepared Charley through his work as a police officer in San Antonio, a private criminal defense investigator for high profile criminal cases, a trade college teacher, and independent business owner. Charley began jail ministry as a volunteer in 2000. While serving in the Bexar County Jail he saw the overwhelming success of discipleship in stopping men coming out of prison from returning. In December of 2003, Charley established Barabbas Ministries where he currently serves as President. Barabbas is a ministry of discipleship to men exiting prison. In 2011 Charley was ordained as a Chaplain to serve within the Texas parole and prison systems of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
In October of 2017 Charley and Linda joined Stonewater Fellowship because of their shared belief in the power of multiplying discipleship. In addition Stonewater Fellowship’s love for outreach convinced them it was the perfect new church home. Charley serves as Director of Restorative Ministries as a lay person and is responsible for training fellow believers to have a life ministry of disciple-making by serving Jesus in the restorative ministries of Stonewater Fellowship.
